why cellphones shouldn't be allowed a school

Cell phones should not be allowed at                               school

Do you have a cellphone if so do you want to be on it all day even at school?.   These days children basically have their faces glued to their phones and should not be allowed at school. Because they are a distraction and cause children to think about what there friend said on Instagram or if someone posted on youtube. They are a disgrace and should not be allowed a school.

If a child is using a phone in class he or she could find something that they may find funny and try to show a friend what they have found. This will distract the child and causing them to stop doing their work which is NOT acceptable for school >:(

Cellphones are not practical for school for various reasons such as a distraction to other students trying to concentrate on learning. If they were brought out at lunch time it eliminates the point of exercise. They distract the common student from doing such tasks to help later on in the lesson or life. It is impractical for tasks the teacher provides.

Phones are very valuable and cost a lot of money and  it is not our responsibility if a child's phone has been lost broken damaged or stolen it is the child's fault and not ours. We do not want any more angry parents complaining about their child's phone being lost or damaged.

In conclusion
Cell Phones tablets laptops or any other devices should not be allowed at school because they cause nothing but trouble and distract other students any devices found will be confiscated and parents will have to come and collect them at the end of the week.

  1. Kia ora Harvey, my name is Madeline, I am working in Mamaku 3 at Grey Main School today. I like how clear and persuasive your writing is. I remember when cell phones didn't exist! So they were never a problem in schools back then. When you copy and paste from a doc, try pasting 'Control Shift V' into your blog post, to stop the sentences running off the blog post.
