Thelma Ekein

after my class finished the mines afire and gone to the brunner mine site in Dodson we have just had the author of the mines afire Thelma Ekein she talked about why she wrote the book and what inspired here to write the book

    Thanks for sharing about Thelma's visit. Did you enjoy listening to her? I thought it was really cool that she bought in a safety lamp to show us. Imagine if the miners were allowed to use them, then the explosion would never have happened!

    I like your blog post about Thelma Ekein. I especially like the photos you added to show who she is and I do recognise her from somewhere.
    Next time you could tell us more information about what she does. Do you know Thelma from somewhere. I know Thelma from rehearsal of the show I'm in Freaky Friday.
